Tina Lorraine Cerda

On Tuesday, February 16, 2021, our beloved “Lady T” passed away after a short but courageous battle with covid. Born January 5, 1971, to Joel and Josie Salazar. She lived 24 years in Oxnard and 26 years in Port Hueneme. On April 1, 1995, she married Alex Cerda, whom she loved dearly. She had one son whom she cherished named Andres Cerda. For 25 years she was a domestic engineer of her little familia. She loved shopping, traveling, going to amusement parks, listening to music, her raiders, cruising, but most importantly she loved spending time with her family and friends. Tina survived by her husband Alex Cerda, son Andres Cerda, father Joel Salazar, brother Alex Salazar, sissy-in-law Ruth Salazar, Her mijas Emily and Jessica Salazar, and many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her mother Josie Salazar. We would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. A visitation for Tina Cerda will be held on Tuesday, March 9th from 12 pm - 8 pm located at Perez Family Funeral Home. A rosary will be held at 6 pm. Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 10th at 11:30 am at Perez Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery in Oxnard.
