Steve Ramirez

Steve Ramirez, 66, of Moorpark, California, passed away on January 26,2021 in Simi Valley. Steve was born in Ventura, CA to Miller and Frances Ramirez on January 16,1955. He was a lifelong resident of Moorpark. His true calling was being a Grandfather and he loved spending time with each and everyone of them. There is nothing he loved more then cheering them on during their sports games, he was their biggest fan. He also loved taking them to the beach, celebrating their birthdays and cruising around in his classic car. He will be so deeply missed. Steve was well known and liked by so many. He was the type of man who was always be willing to help out a friend or family member if asked. Steve was a man who loved making others happy. He will forever be remembered for his great sense of humor and joke telling. Steve is survived by his wife, Dolly Hatcher Ramirez, Daughter, Angela, Son, Steven Jr., daughter-in-law, Sabrina. Grandchildren, Dannyboy, Stevie, Adrian, Gabriel, Michael and Marina. Sisters, Yolanda, Jessie, Veronica, Rosalie. Brothers, Emilio, Eric, Frank and Ronnie. He also left behind many friends and family. He never looked for praises He was never one to boast He just went on quietly working For the ones he loved most. His dreams were seldom spoken His wants were very few And most of the time his worries Went unspoken too. He was there…A firm foundation Through all our storms of life A sturdy hand to hold on to In times of stress or strife. A true friend we could turn to When times were good or bad One of our greatest blessings The man that we called Dad. Burial services will be held at a later time.
