Loreto “Don Lore” Martinez, 84, of Fillmore, California, passed away on January 05, 2021 in Santa Paula. Funeral service will be held at Pierce Brothers Santa Paula, California on February 5 at 11AM with Father Alex Amayun officiating. Saint Francis of Assisi. Perez Family Funeral Home and Divine will be handling the funeral arrangements. Loreto was born in Silo Guanajuato to Bernardo and Angela Martinez Sanchez on September 09, 1936. He enjoyed gardening, biking and keeping lots of tools. He was a good dominoes player who enjoyed playing with the grandkids. Loreto is survived by his Sons & Daughter, Evarisito (Betty) Martinez of Bakersfield, Benito (Esperanza) Martinez, Juan (Estela) Martinez, Pedro (Margarita) Martinez, Isaias (Valerie) Martinez, Gabino (Lorena) Martinez, Maria Petra Martinez of Fillmore, Jorge (Josephina) Martinez of Tijuana. His Grandchildren Jessica Mendoza, Desy Valdivia, Vicente (Jr) Avila, Joel Martinez, Evelia Martinez, Isaias (Jr) Martinez, Jason Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, Pedrito Martinez, Ernesto Martinez, Esperanza Martinez, Lucy Martinez, Oscar Martinez, Rogelio Martinez, Elsa Martinez, Jorge (Jr) Martinez, Viviana Martinez Henriquez, Dezteny Martinez, Nathan Martinez, Hayley Martinez, Shayne Leighton, Evelyn Martinez, Juan (Jr) Martinez, David Martinez, Kimberly Martinez and 36 Great Grandchildren. Predeceased by Bernardo and Angela Martinez Sanchez parents, Brothers, 1 grandchild, and 2 great grandchildren deceased at birth. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Santa Paula Memorial Hospital for allowing our family to be able to see our dad for one more last time and give/receive our blessings.
