Mary Estrada Pratti, beloved mother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and great-great-great grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 6, 2020.
Mary Estrada was born on December 26, 1923 in Brawley, California to Lucrio and Guadalupe Estrada.
She married the love of her life, Thomas Pratti in 1939, and were married for 59 years.
During the course of their marriage they had 11 children and settling in Moorpark, California.
Together, they set an example of a marriage based on love, family, and friendship.
Mary was best known for her kind heart, loving personality, and strong family values.
She has always been a very loving and caring mother because family was very important to her. Her home was the central point of many family gatherings. She was passionate about her faith to the Catholic Church, cooking family recipes, teaching them to the future generations, pass-time favorite having fun at the casino and shopping. Mary lived an amazing life full of love and happiness, leaving behind lovely memories that will always remain in her family’s heart.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Pratti; daughter, Lupe Lancaster; sons, Thomas (Porky), Frank, Richard, and Tommy.
Mary is survived by her 6 adult children: Frank Pratti, Olivia Lancaster, Trini Arvizo,
Delfy Ramirez, Arthur Pratti, Jacqueline Schiele and proud grandmother to 26 grandchildren,
47 great grandchildren, 30 great-great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-great grandchild.
Our dear mother’s legacy is the wonderful love and care she always provided to her family. Her legacy of strength, love, and faith will be carried on by her family. She will forever remain in our hearts, leaving us beautiful and fun memories.
