Ysidro "Isaac" Prado Jr.

On July 12, 2024, Ysidro "Isaac" Prado Jr. earned his wings after a long battle with cancer. Isaac passed away in Beverly Hills, CA, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, surrounded by his beloved wife Alice and daughter Kazzie. Isaac received exceptional care during his courageous battle with cancer, he fought long and hard for his family. 

Isaac was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Alice, son Paul Isaac, daughters Kazzie, Frances, stepchildren Pauline, Eileen, and Monique, grandchildren Surena, Alissah, Auvrey, Kealani, Victor, Jesse, Layleah, Lavayiah, and Lanaya. 

Isaac was the youngest of the three siblings, Lydia, Gabriel, Gilbert. He is also survived by his father Esidro Sr.

In his spare time, Isaac cherished taking his family on memorable trips, including visits to Raging Waters, Legoland, Big Bear, Las Vegas, and Monster Jam events. 

Isaac loved spending time with his family going out and trying new restaurants. He loved to just jump in his car and take a ride to Marie Calendars for his favorite cherry or lemon meringue pie. He enjoyed listening to music. Isaac was happiest when he was with his kids watching movies, going to the park, or walking on the beach. 

He’s preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Venegas, and his maternal grandparents, Arnulfo and Frances Aguilar.

 Services will be held on August, 5th, 2024 at Perez Family Funeral Home, 738 E Santa Paula St, Santa Paula, CA 93060 from 11:00am-3:00pm.

Reception to follow at El Pescador, 1305 W Ventura St, Fillmore, CA 93015 from 4pm-7pm.
