Yolanda Jody Martinez, 46, of Simi Valley passed away suddenly on July 4, 2016. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Joaquin and her children. A Funeral Service for Yolanda will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 8am-11am located at the Perez Family Funeral Home Chapel, 1347 Del Norte Road in Camarillo. Burial will follow at San Fernando Mission Cemetery in San Fernando.
