Oxnard Yolanda Barajas On June 1, 2010, our loving daughter, mother, sister and grandmother Yolie left to be with God and the Angels in Heaven. Yolie loved spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, (especially the scary ones!),baking, cooking, and eating lot’s of chocolate!!! We will always remember her as the most loving, cheerful, giving, caring and fun person. She always lit up the room with her beautiful smile and laughter. We have nothing but good memories of her and wish that you keep her in your thoughts and prayers. She is survived by her mother, Rita Olga Alvarez, step-father, Miguel Alvarez, children-Irene, Artie, Joel (Gonoz), Bianca, Ilene, and Angel, grand-daughter - Leianna (Miss Missy!), brothers and sisters- Argelia Zavala (husband Rafael), Margaret Dominguez (husband Arturo), Jose Barajas (wife Brenda), Oscar (LL) Barajas, Cesar Alvarez, (wife Lorena), Olga Pacheco (husband Mark), & Magda Alvarez (fiance Johnny Delgado) and numerous nieces and nephews. We LOVE and MISS you very much “DINGY!” We’re all Dingy because of you!! : ) Diosito, un dia nos juntara a toda nuestra familia. Te queremos mucho!!! I’M FREE Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free; I took His hand when I heard Him call: I turned my back and left it all If my parting has left a void; then fill it with remembered joy. My life’s been full, I savored much: Good friends, good times, and a loved one’s touch. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss: Ah yes, these things, I too, will miss. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief; don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me; God wanted me now, He set me free.
