William Bracamonte

William "Billy" Bracamonte, 53, of Ojai Valley, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016. Billy was the kind of man that could always make you laugh. To know Billy was to laugh with him. He loved the simplicity of life and the laughter of a child, especially that of his grandchildren. He enjoyed his job driving across the country and being out on the road. He was a good friend to so many and was loved tremendously. He will be greatly missed. Billy is survived by his wife, Ellie; his 3 sons, Justin, Josh and Jacob; daughter-in-law, Ashley; 4 step-children, Ray (Melinda), Chris (Amanda), Joey (Jennifer), Viviana (Chris); 9 grandchildren, 7 siblings, his father, Cruz, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Esther, brothers, Mike and Darwin, and step-mom, Shirley. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at UCLA who cared for Billy in his last few weeks. They were not only caring for him, but also supporting his wife as she stayed by his side. A celebration of life event will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Lake Casitas, picnic area #12, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Please bring your favorite story about Billy and join us in remembering the man who made us all smile.
