Timothy Patrick Bradley Thousand Oaks, California 1952 - 2012 Timothy Bradley is now at rest and is at peace in heaven. He passed away at the age of 59 on August 5, 2012 after a short illness. Tim was born in Santa Monica, California on December 27, 1952, to Earl and Winifred Bradley. He spent his early years in Reseda and Thousand Oaks, California and graduated from Thousand Oaks High School in 1971. He was a boy scout as a youngster and his interest in art started from an early age. He attended Pierce College and graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Arts. He was an adventurer at heart which lead him to Lake Tahoe and Oregon before settling in Thousand Oaks. He married Kim, who was the love of his life, in 1987. He lived for his two children, Patrick and Jillian. He was working for Conejo Valley School District as a landscaper prior to his death. Tim never knowing a stranger, always danced with his lady, and had an infectious laugh. He was a talented man with boundless artistic creativity. His artwork was unique and inspired by roses and the American west. He progressed through several mediums including oil, watercolor, photography, pottery, sculpting and carving often using several at the same time. His love for family and the outdoors were always a constant in his art and expressed the depth of his spirit. Tim will be deeply missed by his family including his children Patrick Bradley of Tacoma, Washington and Jillian Bradley of Ventura, California, his siblings, Debbie, Victoria, Mary, Dan, Sherri, Robert, Patti, and Mike, their spouses and his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Dave McAfee; and former wife, Kim Bradley. A memorial gathering will be held at 9:00 a.m., on Saturday, August 18th, at the Ventura Pier followed by brunch at San Buenaventura State Beach.
