Ralph Ortega Guerrero

Ralph O. Guerrero, age 89, passed away on September 21, 2016, with family by his side at Simi Valley Adventist Hospital. Ralph is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Guerrero, his daughter Carol Camerano, son-in-law Alan Camerano, granddaughter Tara Pennington, sister-in-law Elizabeth Lopez, two brothers, and several nieces and nephews who loved his smile and his ability to make everyone laugh. He was born in Jamay, Mexico on August 4, 1927 and came to the United States when he was 16 years old. Ralph made his home in Moorpark, and became a successful painting contractor. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Holy Cross Church in Moorpark. All who knew him would tell you that Ralph's favorite pass time was playing cards with his friends. Memorial services will be held at Holy Cross Church, Moorpark, on September 30. Rosary will begin at 9:00 a.m. followed by mass at 10:00 a.m.
