"Look on my affliction and my pain and forgive all my sins." Psalms 25:18 Our Beloved Miriam "Mimi" Marquez entered into eternal peace on Wednesday March 29, 2017. Miriam was only 54 years young and leaves to cherish in her memory 3 children: Michael Herrera, Roy Christopher Jimenez, and Roger Contreras; her longtime partner Robert "Bobby" Frenes; four sisters, Gladis Marquez, Monica Marquez, Irene Mendoza (Gary), Yvonne Marton-Duarte (Francisco); two brothers, Terry Stephenson (Debra), Alexander Marton Jr., and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends. Miriam was kind hearted and very dedicated to helping family members and friends all the time -she never shut her doors on anyone. She loved spending time with her family members and friends, playing her lottery scratchers, going shopping, and watching scary movies and the I Love Lucy show. Miriams life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Visitation will be held on Thursday April 27th 530pm to 830pm at Perez Funeral Home, 1347 Del Norte Road in Camarillo, Ca. A Burial will be held on Friday April 28th at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, 5400 Valentine Road in Ventura, Ca at 12 noon.
