Michael Lee Cunningham

Michael L. Cunningham passed away on February 28, 2011 in Oxnard, California at the young age 42. His untimely death came as a result of injuries sustained from a tragic car accident which occurred on January 29, 2011. He was born in Fremont, Nebraska on July 1, 1968 to Sharon Grieco. Michael was partnered to Peter George for 13 years from 1997 to 2010 where they lived in the San Fernando Valley. He spent most of his professional career as a hotel sales manager and staff trainer. Later in life, Michael enjoyed working retail at Bloomingdale's and Fossil. He loved to travel and had toured such exotic world destinations as Dubai, Tokyo, Morocco and Sydney. Michael is survived by his mother, Sharon Grieco and her husband John Grieco, by his recent partner Peter George and by his dearest friend Laurie Bell in addition to numerous friends and family.
