Martha Zaragoza Almanza, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully into the arms of our Heavenly Father, surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Martha was born in Oxnard on May 15, 1944, to John Soto Zaragoza & Margaret Carbajal. In August 1971, after years of shared love, she married her soulmate Moises Almanza, and together they were blessed with 3 sons and 1 daughter, 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Martha enjoyed spending time with family, dancing, sharing stories, and telling jokes. She loved gardening and collected butterflies in which she saw God's grandeur. She collected keychains and coffee mugs from various places she traveled to, or her family had traveled to. She also enjoyed shopping at Thrift Stores and finding hidden treasures that she would genuinely appreciate. She loved furry animals, especially her doggy, Yuki. She enjoyed relaxing by solving puzzles and coloring books. Martha was a loving devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother with a gentle, humble & caring spirit. She left behind so many beautiful memories that will be treasured forever. Her unsurpassed strength and positive attitude were a testament to her faith in God.
