Lorraine Marshall Berntsen

Lorraine Marshall Berntsen, Oxnard, California Lorraine Marshall Berntsen, 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 27, 2011 after a prolonged illness. Lorraine was born on September 11, 1927 in Madison, Virginia to Edgar and Bertie Marshall. She was raised in Madison, Virgina and is a Madison High School graduate class of 1945. Lorraine has been a Ventura County resident for the past 45 years. She was always known for her kind hearted spirit and her devotion to her family and will be deeply missed. Mom you are deeply loved and will be missed everyday of our lives Lorraine is survived by her sons Mark Berntsen (Tracy), George Berntsen and Paul Berntsen (Kerri), 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William P. Berntsen. The family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Shoreline Care Center in Oxnard and Roze Room Hospice of Ventura, your kindness and care shall never be forgotten.
