Lani Rene Farr passed on Sat. 10/21/23 in the company of family after a sudden illness.
 
Lani was born in Oxnard, Ca. to Richard V. and Rose Marie Gallardo. Shortly after she was born, the family settled in Fillmore, Ca. 
Lani was a life long resident of Fillmore, the small town and people she loved. She was involved in many civic organizations, and active in many local events.

She is survived by husband Kenneth J., daughter Samanth K.,and son James R. Farr, brother Richard E. Gallardo, sister Christina G. Mauro ( Gregory ), nephew Joshua Gross ( Kaylie), nieces Sophia and Amelia Gallardo, grand nephews Banks and Elliot Gross, God Mother Katy Ramirez and so many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and of course too many friends to list.
 
Services will be held at Saint Francis in Fillmore, Ca. on Thurs. 11-02-23. A Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass and then burial at the Bardsdale Cemetery.
 
In lieu of flowers a small donation to Chromosome 18.org, The Fillmore Alumni association or the California Association of Highway Patrolmen Widows and Orphans fund would be appreciated.
