Julia De Castillo

Julia S. De Castillo beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend entered the Lord’s Kingdom at the age of 65 in her home on March 2, 2022. Julia was born in Jalisco Mexico on January 9, 1957 to her parents, Ricardo and Maria Guadalupe Santoya. Julia was married to her beloved husband, Thomas for 47 years. She is survived by her children; Tommy Jr., Angel, Felipe, Julianna and Maria. Her grandchildren; Sebastian Tamayo and Julian Castillo. Julia was a woman of all trades and worked in the packing house, was a housekeeper, and worked for the Santa Paula. school district as a food service assistant for more than 20 years. Julia enjoyed gardening, sewing, making salsa's, cooking, dancing, listening to music, and spending time with her family. Julia loved her kids and grandkids and enjoyed spoiling them. She was so easy to get along with and talk to and had a heart of gold. Julia had the biggest and prettiest smile that would light the room up. She was a beautiful person inside and out and she will be deeply missed. God gained a beautiful angel Julia is preceded in death by her parents sisters brother and husband. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 10 AM at the Perez Family Funeral Home in Santa Paula 783 E. Santa Paula St, Santa Paula, CA 93060. Burial will follow at Santa Paula Cemetery.
