Joseph Keating III

Joseph Patrick Keating III (AKA Joey) age 40 passed away surrounded by his loving family.

Son of Joseph P. Keating Jr. and Catherine Keating (Morin) of Canoga Park, CA.

Joey was born on October 2, 1983 in Attleboro MA.

Beloved brother of Lauren Hite (husband Justin Hite), William Keating, Julia Keating (Brandon Evans). Also survived by his maternal grandmother Juliana Morin, nephew Charlie Hite, many aunts, uncles, cousins, his love Chloe Villano, countless friends & beloved pet pup, White Fang. 

Joey most enjoyed surfing in Malibu, specifically county line, traveling and scoping out secret destinations. He was an avid reader and loved to philosophize numerous theories. He was always hungry for knowledge and fine tuning his spirituality. He was a certified reiki healer and loved the energy of crystals. He loved nature, especially the ocean. His primary source of joy though—came from meeting new people and fostering relationships with people of all walks of life. 

A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Bernardine of Siena Church 24410 Calvert Ave Woodland Hills Tuesday November 28^th at 10am.

Interment to follow at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park at 2052 Howard Rd Camarillo, CA. Reception to follow.
