John Lee Forwalter

Mr. John Lee Forwalter, 69, of Agoura Hills passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2013 with his loving family by his bedside. John "Jack" was a California native growing up in Venice Calif. He had a successful 40 year career in the motion picture industry making many friends along the way. Jack is survived by his wife of 48 years Elizabeth "Betti" Forwalter, his three children Lisa Spicer, John R. Forwalter and Krista Windisch, his five grandchildren Summer and Grace Windisch, Sydney, Chase and Jade Forwalter. His beloved Uncle Bob and Aunt Carol Kreis in Moscow, Idaho. He will be so missed by all who knew and loved him. A visitation for John will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 10:15am-10:45am with the Mass Celebration beginning at 11:00am, located at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 5801 Kanan Road in Westlake Village. Burial will follow at Pierce Brothers Cemetery in Westlake Village.
