Joe Manuel Jacquez was born on January 21,1952 and went home to be with our Lord on January 12, 2022. Joe was born to Rafael and Andrea Jacquez. He was a loving husband, father to six children, grandfather of twenty-one grandchildren, great-grandfather of five. He had six sisters, four brothers, four brother-in-laws and four sister-in-laws, and many beloved nephews, nieces, cousins. Joe was a very hard worker. He worked with his father at ADOHR Farms at a very young age. He was also a Drywall Taper for over 40 years. He worked at CSUCI University as a custodian for five years. Joe loved restoring old cars and especially loved his1950 Chevy. He was a dedicated 49er, Dodger and Lakers fan, But the love of his life was his family, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren! They brought him so much joy! He loved all the family getting together. The most important thing Joe did was give his life to Jesus Christ so we have assurance that he is resting in our Lord's Loving Hands and we will see him again one day in heaven! Joe also was blessed to have many close friends that he loved to joke around with.
Joe was preceded in death by his father and mother, Rafael and Andrea, his beloved daughter Delaina, grandson Benjamin, brothers Henry and Ruben Jacquez, sister Elva Munoz, brother-in-law, Bobby Romero, nephews, Ralph and Marky Jacquez, and nieces, Lisa Giroud, Tina Neri.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 yrs, Diana Jacquez, beloved sons, Joe Jr. (Julisa) Jacquez, Manuel (Mandi) Jacquez, Daniel (Bianca) Jacquez, Loving daughters, Monica Zuniga (Johnny), Jeanette Jacquez (Jorge), Grandchildren, Amalia, Catania, Joey, Noee, Delilah, Katrina, Ethan, Mikayla, Celeste, Johnny, Kaizer, Khloe, Isabella, Natalie, Aiden, Tiana, Ava, Lia, Daniel, Kaylee. Great- grandchildren Ariel, Aiden, Alexander, Natalia and Christian. Brothers, Ralph (Bertha) Jacquez, Philip (Lucy) Jacquez, Sisters, Ramona (Bobby) Osuna, Sally (Raymond) Neri, Marylou Ramirez, Yolanda (Carlos) Garcia, Peggy Jacquez. Brother-in-laws, Joe Eckert, Al Jr. Eckert, Sister-in-law’s, Cindy Eckert, Evelyn (Jose) Solis, Mona (Arthur) Pluma, Cathy (Robert) Juarez.
Joe and Diana have been truly blessed to have such a beautiful, wonderful, loving and caring family! Joe has gone home to be with our LORD and he will be greatly missed but he will be forever in our hearts!
