Joaquin Chavez Lopez

Joaquin Chavez Lopez, 47, of Moorpark passed away suddenly on September 8, 2013. He was born on December 31, 1965 to Enrique Chavez Garcia and Virginia Lopez. He is survived by his wife, Sonia, 4 children, Ana, Joaquin, Patricia & Julio Chavez. He also leaves behind 13 brothers and sisters. He will be deeply missed. A Visitation for Joaquin will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 5-9pm with vigil beginning at 7pm. located at the Perez Family Funeral Chapel, 1347 Del Norte Road in Camarillo. Mass will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 11:30am located at Holy Cross Church in Moorpark. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Simi Valley.
