Jim Barajas, Moorpark 54 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Jim Barajas, 54, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015. Jim was born on May 1, 1960 to the late Helen Ventura and Raul Barajas. He was also raised by the late Zenaida Barajas. He was a lifetime resident of Ventura County, spending most of his life in Moorpark CA. He met his beautiful bride in 1975 and were married 37 wonderful years. Jim and Tara were each other's first loves and were fortunate to have found each other so early in life. They were blessed with a loving family and raised their three boys with kindness, patience, and compassion. Jim is survived by his wife Tara, son Jimmy (Lupita), son Tommy (Karen), son Andreas (Jazmin), siblings; Sabino, Salvador, Fred, Rosa, Raul, George, Angelina, and many nieces, and nephews. He was preceded into heaven by his parents and brothers Robert and Tommy The family will greet friends and family on Friday, March 20th from 5-7pm with the rosary beginning at 7pm located at the Perez Family Funeral Home Chapel, 1347 Del Norte Road in Camarillo (Located off the 101 Central Ave Exit). Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, March 21st located at Holy Cross Church in Moorpark. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Simi Valley.
