Jeremy La Porte

Moorpark/Simi Valley Jeremy Jean La Porte was born on February 15, 1979 in Westlake Village, CA. He passed away suddenly on Friday, January 29, 2010 at his home in Simi Valley, CA. In his short 30 years, walking fearlessly on this Earth, Jeremy lived his life to the fullest. Jeremy's Big Heart, love, warmth, generosity and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all. Jeremy, an avid outdoors man, enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding and loved barbecuing for his family and friends. Jeremy, a.k.a Elvis was a concrete pumper for many years. He owned Sure Shot Concrete Pumping and worked for several other concrete companies as well. He is survived by his beautiful daughter, Hailey “Monkey” La Porte of Moorpark, CA.; parents Jean and Karen La Porte of Simi Valley, CA.; brother and sister-in-law, Justin and Heather La Porte; nephews, his "Buddies” Chandler, Pierce and Landen La Porte of Gilbert, AZ.; grandparents Robert and Ruth Adams, Temperance, MI.; many uncles, aunts, cousins and close friends. A private Celebration of Life memorial service for Jeremy will be held at his parents home on March 27, 2010. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. We know you are watching over all of us now. Forever in our hearts, we love you Jeremy.
