Jenny Priscilla Bonilla

Jenny Bonilla Santa Paula, California Jenny Bonilla, 66, entered into heaven on Good Friday March 29, 2013. She was born on September 30, 1946 in Santa Paula, California to Joe S. Garcia and Eloisa Aguilar. She was the youngest of her three siblings. She graduated from Santa Paula High School and began working as a seamstress. Lifelong friendships were made during this time with several of her co-workers. Later on in life, Jenny joined the staff of the Santa Paula Police Department working in the community storefront, a position that led to the formation of many close friendships. She also was a wonderful caregiver to her stepmother Cecilia and her brother Reynaldo, both of whom she cared for at home. A lifelong Santa Paula resident, Jenny loved going to the casinos. She was always up for a trip to the casino with her friends. Jenny also had a special place in her heart for her cat. Fond memories include going out to eat Chinese food with her sister Margaret, birthday trips to Morongo Casino with her niece Sonya and searching for Easter eggs with her nephew Daniel and his wife Esmeralda. Always so giving, she did not forget the birthday of her grand-nephew Steven despite being ill. She will be remembered as a funny, kind, and loving person. She will be missed dearly by her family, friends and co-workers. A Rosary for Jenny will be held on Thursday, April 11th at 6pm located at the Perez Family Funeral Home, 1347 Del Norte Road in Camarillo.
