Jeffrey Vincent Smith

Jeffrey Vincent Smith Ventura, CA Jeff, 58 years old, lost his year long battle of stage 4 colon cancer on Monday, October 24, 2011. He was born on July 8th, 1953 in Los Angeles, California to Jack and Dolorys Smith. Jeff grew up in Buena Park, and went to Sunny Hills High School where he graduated as the class clown! He went on to work and live in various locations through out Orange and Los Angeles counties. In 2009 he permanently re-located to Ventura, with his long time love Pam. His joy was to make people laugh and smile. It was a rare moment to see Jeff without a smile on his face. His laugh and energy were infectious. He is survived by: Pam Ainslie, Ventura, her children Jenni & Christina; brother Pat Smith- his children-Lisa & Jenny; his brother Steve Smith and wife Jackie, their children Robb & Amber; and his sister Diane and husband Jeff and their children Melissa, Jill & Megan. He left many wonderful friends and supporters as well that helped him continue his fight with cancer. In lieu of flowers, family requests to make a donation to American Cancer Society and to mail to the address below or bring donations to the service for Jeff’s Relay for Life Team “COLON”ized for Jeff. Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00am Saturday October 29th at Perez Family Chapel 1347 Del Norte Rd, Camarillo. After service Celebration of Life will continue at The Bertrand residence- 10155 Fallen Leaf Court, Ventura, 93004
