Ivan Meza

Ivan Meza was born on July 31,1985. He peacefully passed away on Wednesday May 30th, 2023 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his parents Imelda and Federico Meza, daughter Tatiana Meza, brothers Juan, Federico Meza Jr, and Brian Meza, sister Ivette Meza, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandfather Ricardo Meza and aunt Maria Esther Meza. 

Ivan was always a loving and caring person. Ivan had many talents. He was a self taught guitarist and a very talented scateboarder. His favorite music was English Rock. He always loved making people laugh. Whether it was by teasing or making jokes, he always managed to make people laugh. Tha'ts how he earned the nickname “Smiley”. His laugh was unique that it was hard to contain yourself from joining him.  Something that was undeniable is that Ivan had a big heart. Ivan didn’t have much, but the few that he did he was always willing to give it to a friend to give them a little piece of happiness. Many of us can say that we couldn’t understand Ivan’s way of living as none of us knew what he dealt with on a daily basis, but we can all have comfort in knowing in how much he was loved.
