Ira Joe McLaughlin IV Oxnard, California Ira, 25, passed away Sunday august 26th, 2012. He was born September 10th, 1986 in Ventura ca. He is survived by his parents Dana LaVonnone Clemons and his father Ira Joe McLaughlin III Grandfather: Walter Clemons Jr. his brother: Anthony Duarte Sisters: Shawnce Duarte & Taya Ortiz. Uncles: Richard Gutierrez, Kasha Clemons Michael Washington & Ron Davis. Aunts: Patty Gutierrez, Imelda Clemons, Janeau Qualls & Diana Davis, and cousins. He attended Santa Clara High School, graduated, And went on to join the military, where he served six years proudly! He continued on his path attending Oxnard beauty academy with his best friend Rashad Davis. He was always known to be a loving son, brother, nephew, & friend. He had the biggest heart and tried to carry everyone on his back. He will be truly and deeply missed! A Visitation for Ira will be held on Monday, September 3rd from 10:30am - 11:30am. A Funeral Service will follow immediately.
