Holly Dawn Harrington

Holly Dawn Harrington, 56 years old, passed away August 22nd 2010 at 1:15 pm after a brave fight against cancer. Born to Jack and Dorothy Matheney on December 22nd 1953 in Santa Monica, Holly grew up in the San Fernando Valley and graduated from Poly Tech High School. Holly married Michael Harrington on May 13th 1972 and was a loving and supporting wife for the past 38 years. While raising 2 daughters in Simi Valley with Michael, she taught elementary school as a teacher’s aide for Special Education. Some of her favorite things included beach camping and cruising with family and friends. However, it was obvious that her greatest joy occurred while spending time with her two grandchildren. She loved to help others and would do anything for family and friends. Everyone that knew Holly would say how caring and loving she was. Holly Dawn Harrington is survived by her husband Michael Harrington, her two daughters Chrissy Holt and Stacey Isch, her two grandchildren Kinsley Holt and Preston Isch, her mother Dorothy Matheney, and her two brothers Terry and Kelly Matheney.
