Guadalupe B. Davalos

Guadalupe Becerra Davalos was called to go home to our Lord on July 16 th 2011 with her children by her side at the age of 98. She was born on Dec. 10 1912 in Mascota Jalisco, Mexico. She came to California in 1966 and settled in Moorpark. She was the matriarch of the Davalos family. Five generations have now become four. She is survived by her daughter Esperanza Gonzalez (husband Miguel) , son Guillermo “Willie” (wife Yolanda), daughter Teresa Magana (husband Macario), son Jose Davalos and daughter-in-law Marina Davalos.She also leaves behind 15 grand children, 16 great grand children and 2 great great children. She is preceded in death by her husband Gregorio Davalos, son Alfonso Davlos, daughter Rosario Davalos, grand son Ramon Gonzalez and grand daughter Cornelia “Corny” Barron Her love of music and dance will forever be in our hearts. Her strength and faith of God is what will keep us all going. Every night she said her rosary and prayed her novenas. We all loved listening to the stories ofher times and her laughter. El Senor es mi pastor, nada me falta. The Lord is my shepard there is nothing I shall lack. Palms 23 You will be missed “viejita”. En paz descanses.
