Frederick Weeden Teague, 68, passed away peacefully on Sunday September 5, 2010.
He is preceded in death by his Father Frederick Weeden Teague Jr., his Step-Father Les Comad, and his Mother Suzanne Bartholet Comad.
He is survived by his adored Wife Penny, her Children and Grandchildren, his sisters Sally Turner and Ann Bobrek, brothers Joseph Teague, Dick Comad.

Rick grew up in Yakima, Washington, where he attended Highland High School. He
graduated form the University Of Washington, He skied competitively while in High School and College as a Down Hill Racer and trained with the US Ski Team.
After graduation from the University of Washington ROTC, Major Teague was
commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air force and selected for Pilot Training. He attended United States Air Force Undergraduate Pilot Training at Vance AFB, Oklahoma from January 1965, graduating in February 1966, He then completed F-4 training at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in July 1966 and then traveled across the Atlantic to his first operational assignment, the 36th Tactical Fighter wing, Bitburg Air Base Germany .It was there he learued his new trade and met many life-long friends along the way. After upgrading to the F-4 front seat, he flew combat with the 12th tactical Fighter Wing at Cam Ranh Bay, Republic of Vietnam. He served a tour in the F-105 Thunderchief at Korat Air Base in Thailand as a Wild Weasel Pilot. He then served a combat tour at Ubon Airfield, Thailand, .Upon his return from flying combat he was assigned to the 815t TFW at RAP Bentwaters in England, where, during his overseas tour, he completed on temporary duty, the very difficult Fighter Weapons Instructor course at Nellis AFB, Nevada. He then moved back statewide to MacDill AFB, FI as an instructor Pilot and Weapons Officer in the F-4. After completing his MacDill tour, he was reassigned to Nellis AFB as a Fighter Weapons Instructor where he taught fledging weapons officer students & nbsp;how to fly and instruct air-to-air and air-to-ground combat in AF fighters. He then moved to Headquarters Pacific Air forces at Hickham AFB, Hi where he served as a Weapons Officer at the Major Co=and level. From Hickham, he moved to Osan and Kimpo Air Bases, Republic of Korea. His final assignment was as an instructor in the Wild Weasel Mission at George AFB, California. During his AF career, he flew three top-line Air Force fighter aircraft in combat and as a Test Pilot in demanding training flights, in the US, Vietnam, Korea and Europe. Among
his AF Awards were: Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross(2),Air Medal (12),
Meritorious Service Medal (12),Meritorious Medal (3) and AF Co=endation Medal(3). After retiring form the USAF he and his wife settled in Camarillo, Ca. where he was employed at VSE Corp. and Amgen.
Rick was a supporter of Penny's membership in the Meadowlark Service League and a long time volunteer at Padre Serra Church. He was also an active volunteer in many other charities in Ventura county.
