Francis Alfaro

Francis Alfaro, 83, of Oxnard passed away April 17, 2013 at 10:37 pm as a result of a long battle with cancer. Her family remained by her side when she drifted off to be with her beloved husband of more than 67 years Martin Alfaro, her beloved children Mario Alfaro and Mary Ann Alfaro, as well as her beloved grandson Ray Quintana Jr., and son in law Augustine Hernandez. We are relieved that Frances is now pain free and peaceful watching over all of us surrounded by all those we have loved and lost. She was born to Concepcion and Pablo Rodriguez of Mexico on October 11, 1930. Frances is survived by her 8 children and their families, John Alfaro, Ruben Alfaro, Delia Martinez, Sylvia Hernandez, Paul Alfaro, Javier Alfaro, Teresa Marquez, and Danny Alfaro. She also leaves behind many grandchildren and great grand children that will miss her dearly. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who may have left an emptiness in our lives but not in our hearts. All will miss Frances tremendously yet she will never be forgotten. The funeral will be held at Perez Funeral Home 1347 Del Norte Road, Camarillo, CA 93010, on Wednesday April 24, 2013 at 5pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
