Esther Fernandez

Mary Esther Fernandez Moorpark, Ca Esther Fernandez, age 62 passed away on October 7, 2011. She was born October 2, 1949 in Oxnard, California to John B. and Laura Lopez. Esther was a lifetime resident of Moorpark. She retired after 25 years from Moorpark Unified School District. Esther’s hobbies included Moorpark sporting events, yelling at refs/umpires, camping trips to Yosemite, crocheting, and spoiling her grandchildren. She opened her home and kind heart to all. She is proceeded in death by her husband Ernest Fernandez Jr. and father John B. Lopez. Esther is survived by her mother Laura Lopez; brothers John and Steve Lopez; sisters Bertha Barrera and Rita Hatcher; sons, Ernest Fernandez III¸ Frank Fernandez (Sandy); daughters, Yvonne Perez (Howard) and Christina Fernandez; grandchildren, Jessica and Josie Fernandez, Frankie and Jason Fernandez, Daniel, Anthony and Valerie Perez and many nieces and nephews.
