Ernestina M. Ramirez “Tina”, 53, of Oxnard was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday Nov. 3rd, 2015. She was born on Nov. 4th, 1961 and lived in Oxnard most of her life. She met her husband in 1976 and they celebrated 35 years of marriage this October. She graduated from Santa Clara High School in 1979. Tina loved spending time with her family and enjoyed watching her daughters play softball. She volunteered for many years in the community serving in the youth softball leagues. She had an open door to all her loved ones and always made sure everyone felt welcome. She loved having her home full of family and friends. She was very loving and extremely kind hearted. Her huge heart lead her to adopt her little Sophia, who is now 4 years old, and Sophia instantly became her pride and joy. She also made sure to attend all of her family and friends events. She looked forward to going to her parents house every Sunday for menudo. She loved bragging about her grandchildren.
