Donnie Bustoz

It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of Donnie Bustoz Jr. He was a beloved father, husband, brother, uncle and friend. He was called home on November 1st 2016 after an honorable battle for good health. He was a lifetime resident of Moorpark California and extremely proud of that fact. He was an Army veteran (Airborne). Donnie loved to restore old classic cars and spend time with his grandchildren and family. He had an infectious laugh that filled the room. Donnie's favorite pastime was to take his wife on trips to the casinos to try their chance at luck! He is preceded in death by his father Donald Bustoz Sr, his mother Evangeline "Vangie" Tejeda and brother Edward Bustoz Sr. He is survived by his wife Gloria Lopez-Bustoz, his sisters Beverly Cuevas, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Martinez and children Angel Bustoz, Gabriel Bustoz, Joel Bustoz, Reuben Bustoz and Sonia Gomez. He had many grandchildren who were the light of his life. Donnie's jokes his laugh and his big personality will never be replaced and greatly missed. Please join us in celebrating his life on November 10th for a visual which will be held at the Perez Family Funeral Home in Camarillo. Church services will be held on November 11th at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Moorpark followed by a gravesite Burial at Santa Paula Cemetery. There will be a reception to follow (details to be announced). Visitation: 3-9pm Vigil: 7pm on Thursday, November 10, 2016 located at Perez Family Funeral Home, 1347 Del Norte Road, Camarillo CA 93010. Mass: 11am on Friday, November 11, 2016 located at Holy Cross Church in Moorpark. Graveside Service: Friday, November 11, 2016 at 1pm located at Santa Paula Cemetery in Santa Paula.
