Dolores Lupe Herrera

Our beautiful Dolores Guadalupe Herrera was born September 17, 1944 in Oxnard, Ca to Victoria and Ignacio Gonzalez. As a young girl she only spoke Spanish until she attended St. Anthony's school in Oxnard, Ca. She also attended Moorpark College where she got her degree. She then had her children Sandra, Diana, Katrina, Vincent, Rudy, Petra, Julia, Francine, Victoria, Debora, and Dolores. Dolores had a huge compassionate heart and would strive to help others in any way possible. She decided to give her heart to the Lord in 1990. She loved going to church and praising God at Victory Outreach Women's home in Riverside, Ca. where she became a mentor and role model to many women. Although she had many health challenges in her life her family loved and respected her unconditionally. She was called home on May 28th, 2021 at the age of 76. She is survived by her 11 children, 27 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed, we find comfort in knowing she is in heaven walking the streets of gold. Memorial service will be held Saturday July 10th 2021 11:00am at The Perez Family Funeral Home in Camarillo.
