David Joseph Garcia (D.J. Gorilla) David Joseph Garcia Port Hueneme, CA David Garcia known by many as D.J. Gorilla was 33 years old when he passed away early Sunday morning, September 27, 2009. David was born June 22, 1976 in Santa Paula, California to Pastor Raul and Rachel Garcia and grew up in Fillmore, California. David married Sonia “Preciosa” Garcia on April 10, 2004 in Fillmore, California. They both lived in Port Hueneme, CA. David graduated from Fillmore High School; played high school football, learned the skill of mixing music/DJ for various school functions & activities; working with wood craft design. This led him to his profession as a Car audio & alarm designer/ installer; David worked full time at Scosche in Oxnard, California for many years & developed his own Entertainment Promotion Enterprise- known as “G-ENT”; Gorilla was a full time professional D.J. & loved people. David is survived by his Wife Sonia Garcia of Port Hueneme, CA; Mother Rachel Garcia or Port Hueneme, CA; 4 nieces A.J. Garcia Morales, Alyssa Garcia, Iliana Garcia Morales, Stephanie Linares, Brother Mark Garcia of Fillmore, CA; Raul Matthew of Orange County, Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins, and D.J. Brothers “you know who you are” – 805 D.J.s. David is preceded in death by his father Rev. Raul Morales Garcia of Fillmore, CA.
