Our beloved Blake Ray Hansen was born to parents Jason and Nicole on May 2, 2001 in Camarillo, CA. 3 minutes later he was joined by his twin brother, Ryan. Blake grew up in Moorpark with his family including his older brother Darren and baby sister Allison. Blake was a simple man with an independent soul. He loved his family, his dogs, the Green Bay Packers, video games, riding dirtbikes, wakeboarding, and playing golf. Blake was bright and intelligent, and carried an unparalleled drive and motivation for his true calling in aviation. Blake spent the last years of his life truly living his dream of flying helicopters every day, a remarkable accomplishment for his age, and a testament to his unwavering commitment to perfecting his craft.
Blake was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. He embodied Christlike love and compassion every day. He passed no judgement and was generous and kind to all those who were blessed enough to know him.
Our family is heartbroken to share that Blake was abruptly called home on February 9, 2024. He passed on to the next life while doing what he absolutely loved. Although we are devastated to lose our loving Son, Brother, Friend, and soon to be Uncle, our family is comforted with the knowledge that he is at peace. We know he is watching over all of us with the same sweet spirit he carried while on this earth.
We are so grateful for the years we got with Bee, and we have truly felt all your love and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
