Billy Dee Willis

Billy Willis was born on March 23, 1993, to Kathy and Jr. Warren at Ventura County Medical Center. Ventura California. He passed away on August 14, 2017. As a little boy Billy loved school. He attended Driffill Elementary, Fremont Junior High and Pacifica High School Billy loved all Holidays, Billy was a blessing to all who knew him! Among the times he was most happy was the times he spent with his family. Billy loved to draw. He discovered Art at a young age, (self taught). Billy’s art revealed an inner peace and contentment and was a pleasure to gaze upon. I believe this young man Billy Willis is in God hands. All his sins are forgiven. Though his time with us was brief he touched many with his shy smile, warm heart, and gentle soul. Billy is survived by his parents Kathy and Jr. Warren. His sister’s Katrina from Ojai, Pamala Warren, Christa Warren, Adriana Willis Warren all from Oxnard Calif. Uncle Jonny Willis of Clearlake California, Uncle David of Lancaster Calif. Uncle Curtis Warren of New Mexico. Aunt Gwen Warren of Las Vegas, Aunt Carol and Uncle Alvie Thompson of Fay Warren of Los Angels Calif., Aunt Mary Tatum of Pasco Calif., Aunt Mareitha Davis, Aunt Myra and uncle Haywood Merricks, Aunt Arberdella Dudley, Aunt Ilene Warren are all from Oxnard Calif. And a host of cousins. Preceded in death: Grandmother Betty Willis of Woodland California, Grandparents Rosevellt and Minnie Warren of Oxnard Calif. Psalm23: The lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me lie down in green pastures. He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He guideth me in straight paths of righteousness for his names’ sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou prepareth a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou hast anointeth my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
