Benny Basquez

Benny Basquez Sr 73 years old of Somis, Ca passed away peacefully On May 1, 2014 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born in Texas to Philip and Frances Basquez . Then came to California where he resided in Moorpark for 45 years. He leaves behind his loving wife Jessie Basquez and five children. Sons Benny Jr (Edith) and Daniel (Amyee). Daughters Frances (Joe), Tricia (Bryan) and Rochelle (Mark). Twelve grandchildren Benny 3rd, Melonie, Daniel Jr , Cosha, Jessie, Victor, Joseph, Jazmyne, Seth, Breanne, Markis and Nevaeh. He battled esophagus cancer for over a year. Benny Sr. was full of life. His hobbies included fishing, painting, drawing, dancing, cooking, watching movies and shopping. He also was a big collector of many things and was a big fan of the San Francisco 49ers. Benny Sr was a young soul and meant so much to many, especially his family whom helped take care of him during his entire fight against cancer. He fought till the very end. We now have an angel in heaven shinning so beautiful down upon us. God bless him today and always. Benny was preceded in Death by his parents Philip and Frances Basquez, Brothers William and Jeff Basquez.
