April Danielle Robledo Camarillo, CA April D. Robledo, age 42, passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Thursday April 18th after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 4, 1971 in Oxnard to Auscencio & Henrietta Robledo. April was the youngest of two children. She graduated from Ado.lfo Camarillo High in 1989 and received her AS in Accounting from Ventura College in 2010. April's number one hobby was watching her daughter Christina swim competitively and making jewelry for family and friends. April leaves behind her daughter Christina Robledo, parents Auscencio & Henrietta Robledo, sister Cyndi Cortez (husband Carlos) and nephews Alec & Joshua, boyfriend Christian Lazaro, The Fukutomi family and numerous Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Evan Slater, Dr. Rashmi Menon and staff from VCMC Oncology, Chaplain Larry Modugno and the Ventura County Fire Fiscal Dept., St. Johns Cancer Center and nurses and staff from Buena Vista Hospice. Vigil will be Monday April 29th from 6-8pm with Rosary at 7pm at St. Mary Magdalen Church on Las Posas in Camarillo. Mass will be held at lOam Tuesday April 30th at St. Mary Magdalen Church with burial to follow at Santa Clara Cemetery in Oxnard. A special savings account has been set up for Christina Robledo with the Ventura County Credit Union. Donations can also be made to the Buena Vista Hospice and a local cancer center close to your heart.
