Apolinario Santos

Apolinario Cruz Santos, age 79 of Camarillo, California passed away August 13, 2013 after a short struggle with cancer. He was born on July 22, 1934 in Angat, Bulacan (Philippines). He immigrated to California in 1991 and became a proud US Citizen. Apolinario was a driver/mechanic and a handyman. He was a caring and religious person and well-loved by his family, relatives and friends. Apolinario is survived by his wife, Ester Aquino Santos; children, Aurora Mendenhall (Kenneth), Virgilio Santos (Teresita), Cora Zadlo, Vilma (Omar Talabucon) and his grandchildren: Jamora and Christopher Crawford, Gerald and Theresa Santos, Dianne Shelton (Samuel), Jedizon Lim, Jacey and Joseph Zadlo, Aaron and Andrea Talabucon. He is also survived by his siblings, Juanito, Remedios Sarmiento and Fabiana Seda. He was preceded in death by his parents, Macario and Lucia Santos and brothers, Julian, Cirilo and Norberto. Vigil will be held at Perez Family Funeral Home located at 1347 Del Norte Road, Camarillo, CA on August 19, 2013 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. Interment will be on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 10am located at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park in Thousand Oaks, CA.
