Antonio Castaneda, 60 passed away Saturday October the 13, 2012 of complications due to a stroke at St. Johns Hospital in the presence of family and loved ones. He was born May 19, 1952 in Torreon, Coah, Mexico to Beatrice Gutierrez Trejo and Nicholas Castaneda De Santigo. Antonio came to U.S. at a young adult and meet Martha Torres Ceja, they married March 10,1979 in Oxnard and settled in Camarillo for the past 34 years where he and his wife began their life and family. Antonio was a kind out going man that loved his family, worked hard to give them the best he could, he always enjoyed spending time with his boys, going to Dodger games and working on his home and cars... He is survived by his wife Martha, sons Tony, Eddie, Bryan, Danny and Jimmy, daughter in-laws Laura, Leticia, Andrea, Searrah and Iris, grandchildren Aaliyah, Bryan Nicholas, Eddie Jr, James Jr, Mason and Elijah, brothers and sisters in Mexico and Texas. He is preceded in death by mother Beatrice, father Nicholas and brother Nicholas Jr. A vigil for Antonio will be held on Thursday, October 18th at 7pm located at the St Mary Magdalen Chapel in Camarillo. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 18th at 10am located at the St Mary Magdalen Chapel in Camarillo. Burial will follow at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park in Camarillo.
